Fifteen years ago, October conference weekend, was the first time I had Larry over to meet the family. Of course my dad couldn't resist testing Larry's athletic abilities and invited him outside to catch the football. Larry kept catching everything my dad would throw (this convinced my Dad that Larry was quite a catch). After awhile my dad started offering money to Larry if he could catch his very high, fast, spirals. Larry kept catching them. Who would have known at that time thate all these years later I would be watching our four sons doing this same thing with Larry and my dad?
