My cousin Sarah picked them out and gave them to Chloe. She found them at an awesome boutique her little sister works at called Trendy Tots. It's in the Riverwoods complex in Provo/Orem. You would love it! Very cute things for all 3 of yours. I check it out every time I'm in town.
