Moving On

Sorting. Boxing. Packing. Loading. Throwing away. Crying. This isn't my idea of a good time. Hitting the road in just a couple of days. Wish me luck!

Sorry to hear about the tears. You have a beautiful home and I can only imagine the heartache you feel at leaving it. If you will be on the road in just a couple of days, the worst part of your job is probably behind you. I found some cool photos of where you will be moving--the countryside more than the houses. Check it out. http://digital-photography-school.com/10-landscape-composition-tips-illustrated-with-pictures-from-eastern-washington

I wish I was going to be in Royal to give you a big hug, and then get to work unpacking you... can you wait outside until Tuesday--I'll be home then! If not then I will still hug you when I see you. Royal City is full of wonderful people who will love you and your family---plus your car knows the way to Boise when you miss your old friends!

I'm sorry it was tearful for you, but our family is so excited for you guys to all get here. We are excited to live close to you guys. When my boys tell people we're moving they always say we're moving to Royal, with our cousins. Not just moving to Royal, but with cousins, it's a package deal for them. We'll see you in a couple days!

It gets easier with time, not all the way better, but it grows on you. I wish I could give you some better advice or comfort, but when it comes down to it, moving from a place that you love is hard. Just keep up the good attitude and it will get easier!
